Our 5,500-strong workforce is at the very centre of everything we do and our success is a testament to our amazing people. We offer a from Health Care Assistants, Administration and Housekeeping roles to specialist Theatre Practitioner and Midwife roles. We are committed to developing our people and their careers and value ourselves on being an inclusive workplace, where everyone is welcome and everyone can be authentic.
