My Information App

The MyInfo@츣NHS app is a convenient way to access all the information you need if you or someone you care for are, or plan to be, under the care of 츣.

The information and resources provided in the app are designed to support the information given to you by the doctors, nurses and allied health professionals who are looking after you.

You can search for specific wards and outpatient areas, as well as for medical and surgical conditions.

All our information is written by our clinical staff and is regularly reviewed to make sure that it is up-to-date.

Please note that there is no age limit restricting children and young people downloading this app but parents/carers should be aware that this includes information on sexual health and some topics that may be distressing for young people.

The information given should not be considered to be a substitute for medical care by a healthcare professional. You should always check with your doctor/healthcare professional if you have any concerns about your condition or treatment.
