International Nurse Recruitment

츣 is an innovative hospital with a proud heritage.

Over 5,500 people choose to work for 츣 in many varied roles and we have something to offer everybody at every stage of their career.

We pride ourselves in our ambition for building a workplace for the future. We believe in equal opportunities and celebrate the diversity of our workforce.

We are currently actively recruiting international nurses. Application can be made via sending a CV to our inbox (sft.internationalrecruits@nhs.net). All CVs received are checked against theCode of Practice For The International Recruitment of Health and Social Care Personnel in Englandand only those that meet the requirements are added to our talent pool for future review.

We understand that the decision to move and work overseas is a big one. So, we have a dedicated International Recruitment and Pastoral team and Practice Education Team who will be with you every step of the way from interview and offer, obtaining your NMC pin, and becoming a fully registered nurse in the UK.

We are proud to have been accredited with the International Nursing and Midwifery NHS Pastoral Care Quality Award for our dedication and commitment to providing pastoral care that NHS England has approved as the definitive set of standards for Trusts to protect the welfare of internationally educated colleagues. We strive to continue to offer and improve upon our high standard of pastoral care support with each cohort of internationally educated staff that we welcome to our Trust. We regularly review our practices to ensure that we provide our new staff with the best possible start in the trust.
